Course Description:

This course delves into performance management (PM) and measurement, specifically within healthcare organizations. It provides both foundational and advanced knowledge. We'll explore the theoretical underpinnings of current PM practices, delve into the design and implementation of successful PM systems, and examine tools and methods for performance review, planning, reward systems, and feedback. 

The course also explores the development of performance standards, the link between PM and development, and includes case studies from actual healthcare organizations (with a specific focus on the Libyan healthcare sector) to illustrate how PM systems can be implemented in real-world situations.
