Description:

This course focuses on developing a holistic approach to the identification and management of risks facing an organization. Also, it presents management tools and frameworks to develop the student's ability to understand and identify risk. Furthermore, the course will reinforce the student's capacity to apply qualitative and quantitative methods of analyzing and managing risks within an organization. Active learning is used as a teaching approach, which engages students in the learning process through debates, brainstorming, problem-solving, and case study.

Topics to be covered in this course consist of the following: Plan Risk Management, Identify Risks, Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis, Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis, Plan Risk Responses, Implement Risk Responses, and Monitor Risks. .
