Marketing of Services is a key subject for marketing students. The course aims at providing the students with all the needed marketing of services knowledge and skills. Topics that will be covered consist of: the meaning and importance of services, the business environment in service, and marketing mix in the services industry. A case-based approach will be used as a learning strategy for this class.
