Introduction to Law Module intends to acquaint the Business Administration students with the needed basic knowledge of the law. It also intends to make them familiar with the nature, scope, and significance of law nationally and internationally. In addition, it endeavors to make Business students aware of the development of law and legal institutions of the country in general. With these objectives, the course addresses the nature, sources, and classification of law. It focuses on the Libyan legal system and Judicial Precedent. The course strives to instill in students the spirit of the law and its value. Besides, students will be aware of the meaning of rights, duties, ownership, and liability. Moreover, students will have basic knowledge of the commencement and the end of the legal personality. The course will be taught using PBL, TBL, or CBL as needed.
